In the curriculum, there are suggested activities that the children can do every week that is related and connected to the lesson. In this curriculum, their target is to really develop the children's cognitive and non-cognitive skills through play of small and large group activities. Children can enter school at the age of four years old to attend the nursery class. This class focuses mainly on the play but they make sure that counting skills and basic reading are taught.

teaching plan

The teachers in TK Kemala Bhayangkari create their teaching plan with different divisions such as the topic, the sub-theme of the activity, the objectives that they want to attain such as the cognitive, psychomotor and affective, and the materials they are going to use in the activity. It also includes how the teacher will execute their lesson. They have the motivation where they will engage the students in the class, the lesson proper and its development, and the evaluation to assess if the students understand the lesson. Their teaching plan is similar to our lesson plan since they also have some of the content that you usually see. The teaching plan is really important since it serves as the teacher's guide throughout the lesson. It helps keep the teacher in track so that he or she will not get lost or get off topic.

others

Our receiving university was the Universitas Bengkulu, itt was really a great university and for the short amount of time we spent in Indonesia, it became my second home. This green university helped me in making this journey possible. The people here were all nice, kind and accommodating, they made me feel as if I'm not a foreigner. They became my second family who were there all throughout my stay in Bengkulu.
